DLP R80.40

Hello,

 

I'm testing the DLP feature on version R80.40 and getting stuck with UserCheck Notification Alert (agent).

When the file is detected and blocked by the security gateway, there is no Notification Alert on the client-side but the policy is blocking as expected.

From the client-side got the pop-up to enter the credential in order to receive UserCheck alert after putting the credential (domain user) I got an error message said that Logon Unsuccessful as the following screenshots below

What is wrong? Where I'm missing the steps?

 

Does anyone have any idea?
