CapsuleDocs viewer hang and no response
Hi
I open the protected document with Capsule Doce Viewer,but 'capsuleDocs' always hang and display no response,how to solve this issue.
Or,who can tell me how to no protected this document and open it by foxit reader,thanks!

Only the owner of the document (or an authorized user) can unprotect a document.
You might also try uploading the doc to the Capsule Docs portal to view it (log in with User Center credentials): Capsule Docs
