Can't log TAC cases anymore
Hello, does anyone know if a change has been made within the past couple of months in regards to logging TAC jobs? For example I am a support contact for about 10 accounts, all with premium support and I used to be able to log TAC against any of them with no issues, now every one of them throws me this error when trying to create a TAC:
Your account is covered with Collaborative Support, you cannot open an SR directly with Check Point. Please contact your local Partner....
The thing is, we are the checkpoint partner. All my colleagues have the same issue too.

I would get on the phone with Account Services to ensure your account is entitled correctly.
