CP5800 R80.10 Flashing Red Alert Indicator

I have three sets of clusters of CP5800 running on R80.10, I observed that the Alert indicator of this three sets' Primary firewall having the the flashing red indicator.

Have checked the hardware health, all status showed normal.

Did anyone face this issue before?

How should I proceed to "clear" this indicator?

Just for the record, R80.10 has been obsolete and out of support for quite a few years now. For the alert indicator as you call it, can you provide some pictures? Do these appliances have support contracts attached?

Hi, yes I understand that they are out of support, but our side has no intention to do a tech refresh anytime soon. The alert indicator is actually the LED on the appliance itself, the one with the "!"

So no support contract? 🙂

There is a similar issue mentioned in sk173506. Try applying a workaround from the SK, without a guarantee of success, and let us know.

The software version support lifecycle is one thing, but to clarify if you are paying for support you can still upgrade the software to R80.40 +
