CLINFR0329
While trying to change passwords in clish I get the following errors:
CLINFR0329 Invalid command:'set user admin password
CLINFR0329 Invalid command: 'set expert-password
Please advise.

You either don‘t have the required permission to run these commands or you are not in Clish mode. Post a screenshot.

Leave off CheckPoint from both commands.

If set expert-password doesn't work, you must be in an early version of Gaia.
The command should be set expert-password plain in that case.
set user admin password should work even in R75.40, though.
That said, you can also try set selfpasswd to change your password, assuming you are logging in as the admin user.

try to use the Tab key while typing: set user admin pass<Tab> and see if it fills it to password and then hit enter to enter your new password.

Hey,
I am new to checkpoint here. Did you ever find what was the issue for this as I am stuck on this at the moment while trying to configure an out of the box checkpoint.

What hardware (if VM or Open Server, please specify the RAM/CPU/Disk allocated) and what version/JHF?
