Blocking Psiphon executable

Hello,

We have faced an issue regarding usage of VPN in our network. We have blocked all social media sites during work hours. Recently, everyone start using Psiphon Portable version to connect to vpn and using restricted sites. 

Is there any possible way that we can block the portable version of psiphon on our checkpoint firewall?

Any help is appreciated

Also a good idea to have a strict outbound policy (only specific ports/applications) and use HTTPS Inspection.
