Acquired SASE Technology - some details and demo

image003.jpg

Hi all, we have some exciting news to share! (Especially if you have missed that Hero banner we put up)

We acquired Odo Security, a Tel-Aviv based Start-up founded in 2017, which developed a cloud-based, clientless SASE technology that delivers secure remote access. Unlike traditional secure remote access solutions, this technology enables:

  • Users to easily connect through a unified portal to wide range of

applications such as remote desktops, web applications, database servers, cloud and corporate servers
  • Security administrators to easily deploy the solution in less than five minutes with no software and client installation requires on user devices
  • Security administrators to implement the strongest security paradigms for secure access control based on Zero trust Architecture

By integrating Odo Security’s technology into Infinity, we will provide the easiest and most secure remote access solution. Our consolidated solution will allow any organization to securely connect remote employees to everything, from any location. We are making work from home easier and safer than ever when it’s needed the most.

Here is the quick demo:

Will there be any posture checking on the connecting system to validate anti-malware is installed and working before allowing a connection or the ability to perform a scan on the connecting system?

I think you should look at Pulse Secure as a leading ZTNA provider and the capabilities and posture assessment, to see what functionality should/could be added to the roadmap and how to prioritise.
