AIOps broken after Blink R82 --> R82.10 with Blink

After using Blink to upgrade an SMS from R82 to R82.10 T40, I saw some warnings in the upgrade status that "public cloud CA bundles" were outside their supposed location and could be overwritten after upgrade.

When using R82.10 then, the AIOps Smart Task fails with "Error code: 2". I don't see an SK for this.

I tried to disable and enable the feature to no avail.

I suppose it will have to go through TAC.
