Web Application Not Working whin using SSL VPN

I have a web application that accessed thru SSL VPN. I can successfully log in to SSL VPN then access the web application, but once I accessed the web app, it is like a broken web page, some part of it doesn't load. Then I try to access it internally, without using SSL VPN, it seems okay and working. What could be the issue? is this with the Firewall or the Web App?

Can you access all the elements of the web app via ssl vpn? You mention some elements are not loading, where are those elements hosted? You will need to make sure you understand how the web app works and ensure that all the hosted elements are available via SSLVPN.

The web app runs a Javascript resources, and it also has a bundled script. Based on the inscpect element, it does not load correctly.

Mobile Access Blade is a Reverse Proxy.
This means that any resource accessed by the application must be rewritten so that it is forced through the gateway.
Simpler references in HTML can be easily rewritten...not so much for Javascript.
Which means not every web app can be accessed through Mobile Access Blade.

Hello, Sir. @PhoneBoy does it mean is it a limitation for SSL VPN? is there any workaround than can make the web app accessible? Is there a way somehow, I can disable the rewrite engine?

It's a limitation of using the Mobile Access Portal.
There are other options (SNX, Remote Access VPN) that don't require rewriting URLs.
