Traffic Rejected with Message Info "Active command (PORT) received while working in Passive mode"

We have a dedicated Rule for Service "ftp-pasv" with Action = Accept.

In the mgmt server Smart Console 'logs & monitor' we are seeing traffic, with the same Source and Destination IPs,  being both Accepted and then Rejected when hitting this Rule.

When the traffic is Rejected we see Message Info "Active command (PORT) received while working in Passive mode"

Has anyone had this issue and found a solution?

ftp-pasv will reject FTP traffic that isn't done using passive mode.
Use the service FTP instead, which will allow both active and passive mode.
