Threat Emulation mail alert

Hi All,

After enabling the Threat Emulation mail sandbox, we want the firewall to send notification emails to administrators whenever abnormal behavior is detected.

We use Outlook as our primary mail client. When we receive notification emails sent by SmartEvent, the message content appears incomplete, and the email often includes an MHT web file attachment. However, this issue does not occur when using Thunderbird.

We suspect this is a compatibility issue between the mail client and the notification format. How can we configure the system to send these notification emails in plain text format instead?
