SmartConsole Extension Crash

Some SmartConsoles R81.10 version 408, 412, 413 and R81.20 have a crash when the following function is executed in run-readonly-command mode. The crash occurs in approx. 20% of the systems and everything works perfectly in 80% of the remaining systems.

The function is described one-to-one in SmartConsole Extension Developer Guide

It is noticeable that, according to my observations, this crash of the SmartConsole only  occurs on Windows Servers with RDP. But it could also be a coincidence.

Enabling debugging in the smart console does not help either, as no logs are written after the crash.

I had already opened a TAC ticket. However, this has come to nothing because no one in support feels really responsible.

There was an issue that was resolved recently and should be included in recent JHF. Please try using latest SmartConsole and Management Server JHF.
