SMS & Security Gateway Upgrade

Hello,

I am planning to upgrade our Virtual SMS, Security Groups, and Maestro environment, which are currently running on R81.20 with the latest Jumbo Hotfix, in a phased approach where on

- Day 1 - I will upgrade the SMS along with DC1 Security Groups including Maestro and Security Gateways covering four devices, followed by

- Day 2 -   upgrading DC2 Security Groups including Maestro and Security Gateways covering another four devices, and

I would like to confirm whether it is supported for an R82 Security Management Server to manage Security Groups that are still running on R81.20 during this transition period.

The link provided there is to the release notes of R82 that state the supported gateway versions that you can manage from an R82 management server. R81.20 is included.

Should be all good! Make sure to place a recent Jumbo version on the mgmt after the R82 upgrade
