Primary SMS upgrade from R81.10 to R82 fail

Hi,

I am preparing for a customer SMS upgrade activity, so I do it in my lab environment first.

I encountered an upgrade failure then it showed successful after a while.

In the end, it is successfully upgrade.

Is this normal behavior ?

Did you updated the migrate upgrade tools before upgrade or using the one that was already on the unit?

I was using ngm_upgrade_wrapper_998001174_1.tgz to upgrade.

I will try ngm_upgrade_wrapper_998001187_1.tgz.

After installing wrapper_998001187, the "Create Preset Objects" phase still fails.

Gaia will attempt to restart the upgrade service, and after a while, the problem will be resolved and the upgrade process will be complete.
