We are going to install Gaia R81.10_T335 to newly purchased Dell Poweredge R450 EMC server. Created bootable USB through the ISOmorphic.. Facing attached issue while installing the OS.

Although the issue you are experiencing is most probably about incompatible ISOmorphic USB type, I must advise you that R450 is not listed among the compatible models for Gaia.
