Gaia Portal recognized a non-valid values

Greetings all!

Has anyone encountered this error?

Untitled.png

This is on a management server running R82 with JHFA take 34. It doesn't appear to be related to

sk107513 - "Gaia Web-UI recognized a non-valid input data" error in Gaia Portal

but does seem similar to Gaia Portal Recognized a non-valid username - Check Point CheckMates

I'm going to ask the customer to try via CLISH anyway.

Thanks

Looks good, you can try different unique description if this does not help it will be case sadly. I don’t see any open bugs for this

/var/log/messages should have a log line when this error is shown.

Try to delete an old snapshot from the list.

Try to create it with clish "set snapshot-scheduled settings snapshot-name-prefix meukcms02 description meukcms02 target ftp path /checkpointbackups/ftp/ ip 192.168.168.168 username meuftp_fw password ***"

We have encounter the same issue after the upgrade and when we try to export the snapshot we receive this error messages "Gaia Portal recognized a non-valid values" however there's no SK that is match.

Hi

It's been a while since I had this, so I don't fully remember, but I think it was due to unsupported characters in the password.
