Fingerprint authentication issue

I upgrade the GW from r77.30 to r80.10 using upgrade tools (CCSE - Lab) and the smartconsole find different fingerprint.

The issue remains even if I reset the key from webGui.

Any thoughts?

How precisely did you verify this?
Note that a new version of SmartConsole won't recognize fingerprints that were "approved" in previous versions.
That means: first time you connect, you will always get the fingerprint prompt.
In any case, this is expected behavior.

There is any solution to fix this? I can't sign in to smart console at the moment.
