Finding Log by the UserCheck Reference Number

hey

what is the purpose of the Reference Number on the UserCheck block page if i cannot search it on the SmartLog, or there is a special way to search it there ?

I believe your logging should be configured as detailed or extended in order to see the User Check events in a SmartLog.

It should show up in SmartLog. That's exactly the purpose of this number. It it does not show up, you have an issue with SmartLog.

In R80.20 try finding it between asterisks, like

*reference_numer*
