Is there a way from the command line to find the cluster VIP MAC address?
I ran "arp -a" and I don't see it in there.
Thanks in advance.
Does SK31499 help you out?
"How to find out the Multicast MAC Addresses that are associated with Cluster Virtual interfaces"
The short answer with the command is for ClusterXL:
cphaprob -a if
For VRRP:
show vrrp interfaces

cphaprob -a if doesn't show the virtual MAC for me, it only lists the interfaces with IP addresses

Thanks
Have you enabled Virtual MAC in the cluster object?
We are using Multicast so I assume it is enabled?
Nope, the setting for multicast, broadcast or Uni-cast has nothing to do with the usage of a Virtual mac, that is a setting in the Smartconsole on the Cluster object.
