Hi All,
Please let me know what could be the reason for CPCA service down in MDS for particular domain created newly?
I stopped the particular domain and then started it again still the same issue.

I deleted the domain and recreated it with the new IP but i still see the same issue. Any quick help on this please?

Contacted and working with them for last 5 hours....checked here and expecting to have quick solution rather than long hours with TAC.
How could that be possible - we did not see your logs nor have had hours to check your system ! Or do you believe in miracle working, spiritual healing and homeopathy ? Then better try to light a candle in a nearby church for a quick solution 😉
Sir, Please do not take this personal. This platform here is just to share your experience, I guess there is a big Team of engineers in TAC and i am working with one of them.
BTW, i asked Sanjay who experienced the issue and he mentioned he had fixed it himself. and thought based on his experience I could take the problem in right direction.
ANd last but not the least There was no need to be sarcastic, Get well soon!
Honestly - reading: checked here and expecting to have quick solution rather than long hours with TAC - that sounds very, very unrealistic to me... Even if Sanjay was able to fix his issue himself, we do not know if your issue is even similar to his. I did not take anything personal, but sarcasm is the only fitting answer here...
Dear Sir, Quick solution doesn't mean that someone didn't do his research.. Why Checkpoint post sk based on symptoms and provide solution based on symptoms. Every organization have right to publish the solution based on their / customer experience, thats why they publish sk / kb on their website. similarly Mr. Sanjay mentioned the issue matching issue which i am facing, and he fixed it by himself, so i guess there is no harm asking him about the solution.
if it is, i apologize to be on this platform, where normal user / customer doesn;t have right to ask anything and face sarcasm..

Please note, this forum is not a paid service. The people on this contribute off there own backs and attempt to help where possible because they are kind enough to spend some time on this.
We all face challenges, and yes I use checkmates to ask question and also post possible ways to help, but I'm not obligated to do this.
There are some seriously knowledgeable people on here, and they are willing to spend there own time at no cost helping. If a sensible, and logical challenge is posted most people will help.
I do not want to take this conversation further, as i accept the query i posted is sense less and have no logic...

Please do not get me wrong: There is no harm asking for solutions here at all - but the question was the reason for CPCA service down in MDS for particular domain created newly. You responded by telling: i am also facing the same issue. Both statements do not contain relevant information about the issue (e.g. error messages in logs, errors during boot,...) - you can make things wrong when creating a new domain i guess, and some will make cpca not start.
I am very sorry if i have offended you, but i found your expectations being out of reasonable proportions ! When having a MDS in production i would not risk trying to fix things myself but to get as much help from TAC as possible for my money 8)
