BOND on Elastic XL

I am facing one issue with Bond configuration on Elastic XL.

GW-1(SMO) = Port 1 and Port 2 are Both together. so GW-2 both ports are bonded as per my understanding.

GW = Bond 10, Vlan interface A and B

In switch side i have created two port channel.

Port Channel 10 = Port 1 and Port 2 connected to GW-1 Port-1 and Port-2 

Port Channel 20 = Port 3 and Port 4 connected to GW-2 Port-1 and Port-2

When GW-1 Interface are connected traffic is passing through A to B, but when GW-1 both interface are disconnected but GW-2 both ports are connected, it show link down in interface , no cluster down but no traffic flow.

Can any one guide me on this.

Both gateways are operating their bond independently, so you need to make sure they're both up and working. Is there anything else connected on bond10? They will be not just looking at link state but also checking to make sure they can see something else on that sub interface. If GW2 is showing link down while the links are phyisically up then you need to troubleshoot it as any other cluster interface issue.
