SmartConsole Runtime error

Hi all.

We're seeing the following error pop-up on one of our customers Smart-1 Cloud management tenants:

This appears at random intervals, and does not seem to be associated with any one specific pane in SmartConsole. It's seen by all administrators and it makes no difference if using local SmartConsole client or streamed SmartConsole.

I've checked all the configured time range objects and there is nothing unusual about them. Not really sure where to start looking for a solution.

Any ideas?

If the SK doesn't solve your issue it's better to involve TAC.

I honestly never expected there to be an SK for this so I didn't check 🙂
