Dear,

I have configured Destination NAT for HTTPS and ICMP, Security Rule. How to solve this issue. Thanks.

✅ NAT matched
✅ Security policy matched
✅ Connection accepted
✅ Server outbound packets sent

❌ Public-facing applications became unavailable
❌ No inbound traffic was received by the affected servers (0 bytes)
❌ Multiple public-facing services were impacted

It's not clear what you've exactly configured. 
There's also no mention of version/JHF level, either.
The screenshot you provided doesn't really provide any insights above and beyond confirming a statement you made.

More details/screenshots are needed.
