Hardening Recommendation Report in Web SmartConsole - SK185102 - What's New

Hello All

let me post this SK:

The SK deals with the creation of a Hardening Security Report about compliance in policies and gateways, suggesting also recommendations to increase security.

I found it interesting to share it, maybe most of the Check Mates people know it.

I noticed only because when I opened Smartconsole, a banner in the upper part of the window appeared reporting that the Hardware recommendation report is available

If you have specific feedback on the report, we'd be glad to hear more details.

BTW, you might want to correct the post headline to "Hardening Recommendation Report", not "Hardware Recommendation Report". The report doesn't yet recommend a hardware upgrade 😉

BTW #2, accessing the report doesn't require any additional license and any customer can generate it.

Were you able to download the report?
I have all requierements in place but it seems like it is not creating any reports 
Neither of these actions are avalible for me?

1. Open the report using one of these ways:
   1. From the notification banner:
      When new hardening recommendations are available, a notification banner appears in Web SmartConsole. Click View Report to open the Hardening Recommendation Report.
   2. From the Actions menu:
      1. Log in to Web SmartConsole.
      2. Open the Gateways & Servers view.
      3. From the Actions menu, select Hardening Recommendation Report.

Hey,
Report is supposed to be created everyday at night, and should automatically appear in your smartconsole at the top to view it.
I suggest running hcp check and make sure you can see the hardening report as part of hcp.
