Autoupdater LogExporter update wrong package

Hi all, i'm running SMS R82, i have an issues with log_exporter is not running (status show) after package update 1/11/2026, i have checked "autoupdatercli show logExporter" and found that the system has update T79 on 1/11/2026

installation-date: 2026-11-01_14:23:30

package-branch-name: logExporter_AutoUpdate

package-version: 79

package-name: Check_Point_LOGEXPORTER_AUTOUPDATE_Bundle_linux80_T79_FULL.tgz

package-installed: true

package-installable: true

package-previously-installed: false

After checking the sk182866 - Log Exporter Auto Update Deployment i notice that linux80 is the package of R82.10, R82.20.

I have confirmed that i don't manual install linux80_T79. Have any know how to remove it or if i manual install right package linux50_T79 will it fix the issues

R82 and R82.10/.20 use different Linux kernel versions, so it makes sense they would have different AutoUpdate content,.
You should be able to completely remove and reinstall the correct package using the autoupdater CLI: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk165653
The command appears to be: autoupdatercli revert-completely

Thanks for the response,

I have already try command "autoupdatercli revert-completely" and i notice that only effect on the package with "package-previously-installed: true". Because this is auto update behavior, so i think if it different linux version it must be not acceptable in the environment.
I have created new environment with r82.20 version, then manual install different linux version (linux50), and i found it still acceptable. Before that i have created a snapshot, but revert snapshot do not impact to logExporter_AutoUpdate
