unable to download and install package on client machine

Hello everyone !

 

 

We have Checkpoint cloud Sandblast endpoint protection for  25 users, we are facing a issue in one client. The client machine shows connected to the Cloud portal but is not able to download and install the package. As this is a cloud environment do you have any idea regarding this.

I would get the TAC involved to assist in troubleshooting.
