implementation of failed policy

Good morning, I hope you are well.
In the checkpoint policies I allow websites and they do not impact the endpoint, for example: https://youtube.com
How can I solve this?

To answer the question we need to know:

  • Endpoint client version/OS
  • How Endpoint is managed (Infinity Portal or on-prem, and if so what version/JHF level)
  • What steps were taken to implement this
