endpoint capabilities not the same when using entire organization policy

Referring to the screenshot, both of the endpoints are in the same group and running the same version

We deployed the policy selecting entire organization in which the group belongs but it seems like the forensics blade on the second endpoint is inactive while active on the first endpoint.

Deployment Policy > Software Deployment   (otherwise known as Deployment Rules).

Do you have virtual groups specified there or also the entire org?
