checkpoint harmony Endpoint Security Client Anti-Malware "connected" policy is not enforced

Hi Team

I have applied the policy and the pc is applied to the correct group however the Anti-Malware is not enforced and it saying turned off.

What does your $UEPMDIR/log/server_messages.elg file says?

Did you take cpinfo from client machine? or analyzed the logs from that endpoint? If not then you need to reach TAC but 90% of the problems should get solved if those logs are reviewed

Thanks, I have tried all possible ways, logs but I do not see anything I can attribute to this and I had to reinstall the OS. This fixed the issue.
