VPN Client error message on Apple machines - "Connection Failed" Desktop policy files are corrupted"

Hello Team,

Is anyone familiar with error message in image?

This is on Apple machines only, windows machines connecting into the same gateway do not have this issue.

Client Version E88.40

Endpoint Security Client Build Number 88.40.5927

Remote Access VPN Standalone Client Build Number 98.62.2311

I would install the Desktop Policy again from management.
I'd also try the latest release of the client: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk182646
If neither help, then I suggest getting the TAC involved.

Yes funny thing, 

had the same issue these days ...
as Phoneboy wrote

in $FWDIR/conf/local.scv 


and here i have an addon question:
local.scv enforment for MAC clients, yes / no?

sk182226 SVC check in MACOS VPN Client greater E88.40 do work
sk110975 (still) says its a limitation ... but the SK was updated on 2024-11-05

could someone update the corresponding SK´s?

Officially, the feature is "EA" on Mac.
Which is probably why sk110975 hadn't been updated yet.
