Unable to uninstall Endpoint Agent E83.20
We are running issues in uninstalling E83.20 from few of our servers. Tried to uninstall through Add/Remove Programs , Windows Installer starts but after few seconds getting rollback.
So tried to uninstall the client from the command prompt again the uninstallation rolled back automatically . Removal success or error status: 1603 as per the uninstall log.
Performed Repair Installation even the repair was failing with Error 1311 . Downloaded new package from smart console and tried to repair /install but still unable to remove the endpoint.
Can you help us on what would be other possible solutions in removing the product.
