Smartendpoint problem synchronization

Hi everyone,

we are evaluating Harmony Endpoint because we are going to buy it, but since today the changes I that carry out on smartendpoint don’t synchronize on the web, but in the past did. I have to use the smartendpoint because  the webconsole has only a subset of features for example I can't create tcp object with a range ports. So, why can't the Smartendpoint syncronize its changes with the cloud?

I recommend engaging with the TAC.
Note that, over time, we will reduce/eliminate the need for SmartEndpoint client.

Is this all on-premise or managed in the cloud?
Also, what errors are you seeing, if any?

the solution is on cloud. After I have modified a policy with smartendpoint and I try to install them, I receive the message "there are no changes since the last rule installation"
