This is nice, but since it is a product that requires user engagement It would be nice to have a quick start guide, a video or an illustrated guide on how end users can work with SandBlast.
Sorry, but my end users are not going to read 50+ pages in order to use SandBlast. This is something that should be covered in 2-3 pages max. in addition, it missing some functionality like How to work with SandBlast Agent for browsers or how the emulation/extraction process works, how to get original extracted files, etc.
I am sure that the technical writers/technical marketing team can make something in no time

The Endpoint Security guide covers all the products, not just SBA.
I can see how something more focused would be helpful.

For end users, I would expect something less technical and more focused. Video nuggets would be awesome.

In these modern times, any admin is able to record his video guide to explain the use of SA to his users - in their own terms and language, without any technical qualification needed ! Also, some people even can write a focused step-by-step intro inckluding screenshots and provide it to the users...

Of course, anyone can do it! but not everyone has the resources for it.
