Does anyone use FDE and Safenet/Gemalto authentication agent (2-factor) together?

We have the Safenet agent installed on our image. When we install endpoint security, it gets stuck on user acquisition. Once the Safenet agent is uninstalled, the user is captured and starts encrypting. We also have issues when the domain password is changed, it's not synced with FDE.

We are on Windows 10 1607 (also the same issue on higher builds of windows). This used to work fine before, but something changed with one of the windows updates. Wrapping FDE with the safenet agent credential provider stops the safenet agent from working (it longer asks for OTP).

Anyone else use these products together?

Yes, I do have a case open. Haven't come up with any solutions yet.
