We are migrating our endpoints from on-premises to the cloud.
we are using the reconnect tools downloaded from the harmony portal following the steps below:

in versions 84.50 and 83.11 it is working Fine!

In version 81.10 we are using the patch below before to fix a problem related to uninstall password:

After that We perform the reconnect tools procedure, and nothing happens, we even use it without the silent parameter to see instalation procedure too, because in silent the instalation is "hide/silent", and we receive the success message, But the migration does not happen. . By analyzing the logs on:
C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Temp\CPReconnect<date stamp>\
We saw that reconnect tools ran ok.
Has anyone been through a similar situation? does reconnect tools in version 81.10 need a step that I haven't found?
