ISE integration | checkpoint endpoint R81

checkpoint endpoint is it compatible with cisco ISE posturing ?

Please describe the exact use case(s) and the versions of all components involved.

tried integrate with ISE  and  After the ISE posturing occurred the following sequence is happening

  • USB/network is getting disabled à WiFi will be enable then disable after awhile
  • USB/network will be enable again à ISE authentication and posturing then compliance will occurà USB/network will get disable à Wifi will enable…

It’s a loop of sequence  and  Whereas when we disable ISE in the switch port, not happening.

 version 85.10,windows 10 , R81

Note Endpoint version E85.x is EOL, support for it ended last year so please consider upgrading.

So, in this case, a Cisco ISE agent is running on the endpoint itself?
Harmony Endpoint has similar functions and I expect the two agents are conflicting with each other.
See if it improves with a supported Endpoint client release.
TAC may be able to assist with this, but expect that you will need to work with your local Check Point office on an RFE.
