How to add a language pack into endpoint?

My customer plan to deploy Endpoint VPN solution.

He wants show message in traditional chinese.

How to modify the langpack1.xml and add new language pack?

Hi,

I tried to modify the LangPack1.xml with Excel.

I added a new column at gui tab and change the row 1 as language name.

It work well.
