We are currently experiencing the following issues in a Check Point Harmony Endpoint and Firewall environment:
1. macOS Endpoint – Deployment Status
After installation, macOS clients show as “Connected”, however the status remains stuck on “Waiting for deployment”in the Infinity Portal (snapshot attached).
The agent appears to be communicating successfully, but policy deployment does not complete.
2. Network Performance – Firewall Impact
Once endpoints connect through the Check Point firewall, there is a significant degradation in internet performance/speed.
The issue appears to occur immediately after traffic begins passing through the firewall.
We would appreciate any guidance, known issues, or best practices to help resolve both the deployment state on macOS and the performance impact observed.
