Harmony Endpoint Web Plugin renders our password manager unusable with a grey div container

Hey Community,

as mentioned in the title, the Harmony Endpoint Web Plugin somehow renders our password manager unusable with a grey div container, if we try to copy a password.

This is reproducable even in private windows when simply only allowing the Harmony Addon there, while erverything else is a plain private tab. It works properly on every device, where no Harmony Plugin is present.

When we click on a hidden passwort to get the copy dialogue, the mentioned div container is produced.

Looking at the website code with the Firefox Inspector (F12) we see, that there is a line added at the bottom of the body of the site:

< div class = "modal-backdrop fade in modal-stack" style="z-index: 2147483647;" > < / div >

If this line is removed manually we can continue to use the dialogue, copy the password, but it will still grey out again for the next password in the same instance (or even the same one).

We added the whole domain to our Global Exclusions and just to be sure also added a dedicated Web Asset Exclusion for the password manager URL with "All Available Capabilities" in our Endpoint Configuration, but it still happens.

The only time it is working properly is when the Endpoint Plugin is still initializing after it was eg. turned off and on.

Any ideas or is it a Service Request?

Sounds like a false positive that will require a TAC case to investigate.
