Harmony Endpoint Exclusion for "Explorer.exe"

We're currently validating all the exclusions and noticed that there's an Exclusion for the "explorer.exe" under Behavioral Guard Blade.

It's also mentioned in sk153714 from 2020. Is that exclusion still necessary today or is it safe to remove?
