I'm having this issue with one specific terminal (Windows 11, 88.32 installed) where the end user went on and tried a system restore on Windows (basically he went back to a previous restore point).
Now, realizing the folly of his ways, he contacted IT and requested for a proper removal of the EDR agent. As soon as IT went on with the proper agent and tried to reinstall the app, they got the 26810 Error (once done unpacking prior to installation) prompting the user that the installation cannot be completed due to services that cannot be stopped.
Mind you, since the user went on and rolled back, he lost the Checkpoint app listing of Programs and Data, so repair from there is not possible.
On top of that, in the portal the endpoint appears as active and in a state of "Downloading" under deployment with N/A version available.
Other than a fresh installation of OS, what other routes are there? I noticed that there is no "Clean Wipe" tool, or a repair tool and the portal push operations are a no-go since the endpoint is basically not connecting to the management portal.
