Full Disk Encryption Blade on Endpoint client is stuck in state "waiting for policy"

Checkpoint FDE blade stuck in state "waiting for policy"

my FDE server pinging fine and HTTP & HTTPS port also telnet fine

but i can`t resolve the problem 

at the same my client shows "disconnect "

Can anyone please give solution for this issue?
