we have updated clients from 86.40 to 86.50 (build 191) automatically via deployment. Some of clients have the problem that the firewall blade not running.
I have found an sk article with this solution:
- Boot to Safe Mode without networking.
- Open Registry Editor.
- Export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vsmon key for backup.
- Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vsmon key.
- Restart the computer.
but it dosn't solved the problem.
Further i can't see any errors in logfiles or i'm looking in the false. Also the EPS Server (Reporting) shows only that the firewall blade is not running.
Has anyone an idea for me ?
