Export Report Failed for Infinity Portal Harmony Endpoint

Hi guys,

I am trying to extract High Risks Cyber Attack Report with the time frame Last 30 days but an error prompts saying "Export Report Failed" (see attached screenshot). I then tried exporting using time frame Last 7 days and Last 1 day, still same error prompts. 

I also tried exporting other reports like Threat Analysis Report and Threat Emulation Report but I'm still getting the same error.

Just want to know if anyone here experienced the same?
