Error 1921-Endpoint Security

Hi Guys, 

I was about to re-install endpoint security but it shows as below 

Before that, i uninstall the endpoint security, after uninstall when i try to re-install it shows this message,

i cant stop the EpamService, btw.

What additional troubleshooting measures have you tried and which version is it?

Note E87.50 fixes a similar issue...[EPS-51562]
