Maestro Madness
Hello all,
Can we use endpoint security agent on windows 2019 terminal Server?
İn R81.30 agent release note it saya terminal Servers is not supported.
I write wrong versiyon, it is E81. 30
I do not understand Endpoint Security Agent at all - do you use Endpoint Security Client, SandBlast Agent Client or Identity Agent ?
This is only supported for the MUH client:
Dedicated client agent installed on Microsoft® Windows-based application server that hosts Terminal Servers, Citrix XenApp, and Citrix XenDesktop services. This client agent acquires and reports identities to the Check Point Identity Awareness Security Gateway. In the past, this client agent was called Multi-User Host (MUH) Agent.
You can download the Terminal Servers Identity Agent from the Identity Awareness Gateway:https:///_IA_MU_Agent/download/muhAgent.exe
But we want to use endpoint security featues like anti-malware,compliance, sandblast featues.
As I understand we cannot use this on terminal servers with anyversion?
Is something wrong with your eyes 😉? Look into Endpoint Security Clients Release Notes E81.30 p.7:

I also check the las Endpoint Security client (E83.00) and also is not supported.
Does anyone have any idea if it is in a Check Point plan to support it?
I run it on a TS server now without issues. Unsupported doesn't mean doesn't work I guess. v2016 here. I do have the TS client installed for collecting correct user info.
