Endpoint file recovery

Hi,

Just want to know if it would be possible to decrypt raw files?

The scenario is that the encrypted drive was formatted.

It was sent to some recovery specialists who managed to recover the data but as raw encrypted files (not exactly sure what they refer to here).

They have tried all the recovery options but with no luck - there is recovery media.

I presume that we would at least require the drive?

Thanks.

I would ask TAC - you will need the CP boot loader apart from the encrypted data itself, and that was formatted also.
