Endpoint Security Logs Page Stuck Loading with Multiple 403 Errors in Browser Console

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue in the CheckPoint Endpoint Security Portal.

When I open the Logs section, the page remains stuck in a loading state indefinitely and no log data is displayed. The loading spinners remain visible on the screen.

While investigating with the browser's Developer Tools, I noticed multiple HTTP 403 (Forbidden) errors related to requests sent to:

net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden)

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with the Logs page?

I don't see any connection between this site and the Check Point tenant. This is a different service that might belong to an installed application.

Coralogix's Real User Monitoring (RUM) is an advanced monitoring solution that provides unparalleled visibility into your application's frontend performance, all from the perspective of real users in real time. With RUM, you can gain a comprehensive understanding of how your application performs across a variety of browsers, devices, and networks, allowing you to quickly detect issues that might be affecting your users' experience.

What you can do is restart your tenant. See the image below.

@lluner , thanks!
I hadn't remembered that. It's resolved. Thank you.

Regarding the error I see in the browser console, verified in several different browsers, the source is a .js file from the checkpoint.com portal.
In this case, it is not related to the problem.
