Endpoint Scan pauses automatically

Hello,

we use Checkpoint Endpoint 87.00.0022. The client begins a anti malware scan and then pauses automatically. I have already read that there is a "Scan On Idle" option. However, this cannot be found to configure in my Check Point SmartEndpoint (R81.0.9500.567). At Checkpoint Support Portal i found an option to edit the registry to set a value "DisableScanOnIdle". However, even as an administrator I cannot set this value (which the endpoint probably prevents). If I push a scan through Check Point SmartEndpoint, the scan ends with "Another scan is in progress".

How is it possible to force the scan?

Interestingly, also having this problem with E87.62.  Did you ever find a fix @lraaicfdb?

Unfortunately not yet. We plan to upgrade the endpoint management to the latest version (R81.20). The same goes for the endpoint clients. Maybe that is the solution.
