Endpoint Harmony client in Windows 11 22H2
Hello, I
had a problem installing the harmony endpoint client on Windows 11 22H2.
I installed both versions: E86.70 (according to this documentation which is compatible https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solut... ) but it does not work.
Harmony Endpoint does not support the 22H2 windows 11 version according to this documentation : https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/E86.10/EN/CP_E86.10_EndpointSecurityClient_forWin_ReleaseNotes/...
Could you help me?

E86.10 RNs are from 17 November 2021, so sk115192 is true ! I would suggest to involve TAC here.

first i tried with this version but it did not work.
I deactivated windows defender on the windows but it didn't work either

I'm aware of other customers using it successfully so definitely recommend a TAC case here to investigate your specific situation & symptoms further.

on the console I see the terminal with the download status but on the pc the agent disappears after a few minutes.

So it's not Windows 11 Enterprise but Pro.
Both editions should be ok according to the release notes however, so please take it with TAC.
